It was just 1/4 c. each of vegetable oil, soy, sauce, and Worcestshire sauce, along with 1 tsp. each of salt, pepper, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, marjoram, and sage. We marinated the pork for a few hours, and roasted it at 350 for about 45 minutes. It was fantastic! I bought the paper towels for two reasons; first, I couldn't afford my regular paper towels and second, because it would help the children. I am now trying to use a paper towel that is no more absorbent than a piece of toilet paper. It rips with the slightest pull and it wads up and falls apart when wet. I am extremely unhappy. If you want to help children, I suggest you put a little more effort into making a towel that is usable.
